filippos manoloudis
Filippos Manoloudis (b. 2001, Kavala, Greece) is a classical guitarist known for his versatility and strong artistic presence. He began playing at the age of seven, studying with Alexandros Parisidis and later with Fotis Koutsothodoros, with whom he obtained his soloist diploma at 17.
Since his first international concert tour in 2018, he has performed widely across Europe, the Americas, and Asia, and is regularly invited to give concerts and masterclasses. He made his orchestral debut with the Basel Sinfonieorchester as a prizewinner of the Maurizio Biasini Competition.
He has received numerous distinctions at international competitions, including over 20 first prizes. Among his most notable achievements are first prizes at the Koblenz
International Guitar Competition, the Tokyo International Guitar Competition, the German Guitar Award, and the Antwerp Guitar Competition.
He studied with Tilman Hoppstock in Darmstadt (Bachelor) and completed the “Master Guitarra Alicante” with distinction. He is currently pursuing the Master de Concert at the Geneva University of Music under Judicaël Perroy.
Outside of music, he has a strong interest in gastronomy and enjoys cooking and traveling. He also showed an early aptitude for mathematics, reaching the final round of Greece’s national mathematics competition.
